HIGH SCHOOL HOOPS 

High school hoops are on tap tonight all across the Paragon Sports landscape. Big Elk TV will feature Elk City on the road for the first time down I-40 in Clinton inside the Tornado Dome against the Red Tornadoes. The Elkettes won their only game so far last Tuesday against Woodward. The Elks fell to the Boomers in Game 1. The Lady Reds are still looking for their first win after 3 defeats. The Reds have won 1 of their first 3. If you aren’t making the trip tonight no worries I’ll have you covered with live video streaming on bigelktv.com. Pregame will get started around 6:15 with the tip scheduled for 6:30.  

ParagontV will be on hand for a handful of doubleheaders as well on the high school hoops hardwood. Leedey heads to H-E, Erick hosts Hollis, Hammon’s at Shattuck, and Merritt welcomes C-R. AB and Thomas are scheduled to play this evening, but that one has been postponed. You can check all these out tonight on paragontv.com. The girls games will tip at 6:30. The boys will follow. 

NFL WEEK 14 WRAP 

NFL Week 14 wrapped up last night in Dallas on Monday night football. It all started with a great game last Thursday night that saw Detroit top Green Bay 34-31. Sunday we had New Orleans topping the Giants 14-11, Pittsburgh beat up on Cleveland 27-14, Minnesota doubled up Atlanta 42-21, Tampa got the better of Vegas 28-13, Philly held off Carolina 22-16, Jacksonville edged Tennessee 10-6, Miami beat the Jets in OT 32-26, Seattle whipped Arizona 30-18, The Rams outscored the Bills 44-42, San Francisco hammered the Bears 38-13, The Chiefs lucked out again against the Chargers 19-17, then last night Cincy slipped by the Cowboys 27-20. Kansas City and Buffalo have clinched the AFC West and East respectively. Pittsburgh leads the North and Houston tops the South. The Wildcard teams with 4 games to go are Baltimore, Denver, and the Chargers. In the NFC, Philly, Detroit, Tampa, and Seattle are division leaders. Minnesota, Green Bay, and Washington would be the Wild Cards. 

THUNDER HOST DALLAS IN EMIRATES CUP QUARTERFINALS 

The Ok City Thunder host one of four Emirates Cup Quarterfinals tonight inside Paycom Center with Dallas in town. OKC won its group while Dallas earned the lone wild card spot in the Western Conf. These two are going very familiar with each other the last two seasons. Dallas knocked the Thunder out of the playoffs last year. They also beat Ok City in their only meeting this year without their superstar MVP candidate Luka Doncic. The winner will play the winner of Golden St and Houston in Vegas in the semifinals of the in season tournament. The losers of those two teams will play as well.
