Elk City’s new aquatic center, which is currently under construction at Ackley Park, passed an important water test says City Manager Tom Ivester.
Ivester says construction crews have told him they believe they can have the facility completed by Memorial Day, however Ivester says a grand opening may come roughly two weeks after that date.
