Elk City City Manager Tom Ivester gave an update recently regarding the recently opened Arrowhead Activity Center and recently purchased equipment.
He said after the City recently purchased kitchen equipment from Major Bean, who closed its door last month, the City also hired employees from the business. However, he said there is still work to be done in getting the kitchen area, among other areas, fully functional.
Ivester said the venue is still free to use, however admission and prices for certain activities will be established at the beginning of the year.
