The wait is finally over!
According to Elk City, City Manager Tom Ivester Elk City’s newest attraction, the Elk City Aquatic Center, will open to the public Wednesday with two out of three pools available for public use.
Ivester says although the “plunge pool” will be closed to the public, the other two pools can maintain up to 400 swimmers at one time.
Ivester says the pool will be open from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays and 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Sundays.
